A wonderful day for all breeders, hobby riders and horse lovers.
On saturday the big stallion presentation of Holzeder Stud took place under a cloudless sunny sky. We were happy to receive many of public to our traditional show and Prime selection sales in Malching.
On saturday round midday we presented the stallions, and the public arrived shortly before to our lovely prepared arena. Visitors from all over Germany, Italy, check republik, Poland and Holland came.
After the welcome done by Hendrik Schulze Rückamp and Johannes Holzeder the show began: First of all was the 6 year old Corlani presented by Birgit Gärtner. He was defenitely more developped and showed quick reflexes and high rideability.
After the Galashow of the southern german licensing in Munich 2016 Manchester van´t Paradijs was now shown for the second time ridden to public. As in Munich he received shortly after starting his jumping, the comments of Mr Schulze Rückamp "better impossible"- he was presented by Maxi Ziegler. But Manchester van´t Paradijs disagreed and went on with showing of on a small course fo 6 jumps. Rideability, caracter, power and technique were absolute supreme.
He has been licensed now for all top breeds in jumping: Holstein, Westfalia and Oldenburg, so this belgian champ is a real good stallion for the german sport horse breeding.
For the first time this 7 year old Quintender son, Quinto`s Chamb was presented in Malching, He was vice champion in his approval in Southern Germany 2012 and during the last year he qualified in a couple of ocasions for the federal championship. Many of the breeders loved his dark coat, his fantastic canter and his cope. Quinto`s Champ is available in frozen semen.
Sire Cornet Obolensky is currently one of the best show jumping sires of the world, this is a fact. He showed this again at the World cup final in Göteborg: 3 out of the best 5 horses were by him: the best - the winner Corbinian / Steve Guerdat (SUI).
the 4 year old Cornet´s Call Out, bred and owned by Thomas Sagel (Sudheimer Hof, Brakel) has this wonderful sire as a father, and his mother, Cassiopeia (Carolus x Großglockner) - herself advanced show jumper with Thomas Sagel S - she passes on her great power and rideability.
Cornet´s Call Out himself convinced with his easiness in the short course.
At the end a very nice colt by him - mother by No Limit (Breeder: Lothar Bauer) finished this presentation.
Clooney, stallion represented in between the top ten % of the German breeding index was represented by his offspring:
a colt out of a Lamborghini Boy dam (breeder: Bavaria Pferdesport), by Captain Colombo, a 5 year old out of a Drossan dam, this big framed gelding showed a lot of power and will follow the way of his progenitor. Certainly the showpiece of the dressage of Malching, named Florestano was presented on the big video wall of Malching. Fabregaz (Florestano x Regazzo B: Marielle Hofbauer) is successfull with the world championist Fabienne Lütkemeier who has a good future prepared for him.
the big finish of this wonderful stallion show was the presentation of Chap II. His victory in the final qualifier of the federal championhip in 2015 with a 9.2 was shown again on the big video wall.
That his work as a stallion he does as wonderful was demostrated fully by two prized foals and by the big interest in his offspring at auctions/ sales in all southern germany.
The proud breeder family, Schoßböck (Braunau AUT) presented a 14 days old cold by Chap II x Acasino B and got much attention of the public.
Chap II himself was presented by his trainer Johannes Holzeder , as allways serious, ridden with only one hand ( as his big favourite Chris Chugg) Johannes was happy to have his big love back under the saddle.
A big thank you goes to the team of 20 members who helped to arrange this event and make it happen without failure, many thanks to these People.
After the presentation of the sales horses Prime Selection Sales (PSS) and a wonderful snack at the Buffet the band "Saubartln" took over and we had party all night.... this was comented by the not Southern German visitors as "not normal" in a positive way, of course.
