In the aprovals of the 4 years old or older stallions the horses had to show their talent ridden in competition. Only 10 of the presented Stallions got the approval to be recognized in the Zangerscheide Studbook. During the world championships, the public had to have good resistance to see all of the quality show jumpers who participated. 248 horses started in the section of the 6 years old taking place in the “ Ramiro Arena”. In the second classification Zudith ( Clooney*Voltaire) ridden by the Dutch rider Hendrik Jan Schuttert, ended on a magnificent 4th place. Another clear round in the Small Tour got them a final 13th place out of more than 180 starters!! excellent.

Flair von Pacer, daughter of Alvarez, ridden by the Austrian Simon Johann Zuchi, have had a very good year 2010 in competition. In Zangerscheide the mare was also in great form and did a good performance, in the first 2 classifications she did clear rounds, and only in the second round she had a small fault, which left her a small step away from the final.

During the world championship of young show jumpers en Lanaken, another very important event took place, the selection and approval for stallions of the Zangerscheide Studbook, more than 120 stallions of different ages were present. The Holzeder Stud was presenting the Holstein stallion Clearline Z ( Clearway*Caletto II, Breeder B Schmitz/ Asselborn). This gorgeous bay stallion, 171 cm ( 17 Hands) in modern style was approved by the judges(Jan Tops, François Mathy ,Ulrich Kasselmann and others) together with only 8 stallions more of the section of the 2 and 3 years old. Clearline Z was already approved by the southern Germany breeders association.
